This year’s Edible Austin Eat Drink Local Week is just around the corner! The most exciting foodie event of the year, Edible Austin Eat Drink Local Week is a celebration of local, fresh food in Central Texas. Now in its fifth year, Austin’s premier local food event runs eight days, December 3–10, 2011. With 60 participating restaurants and 8 signature events, this is an event not to be missed!
